About me
Product designer with experience in bringing structure to complex, ambiguous problem spaces, prioritizing what gets built and when, and aligning cross-functional teams around a shared direction.
Over the past decade, I’ve led the creation of 0→1 products, built scalable workflows, and guided design in organizations navigating ambiguity and high-stakes decisions. I thrive in high-impact, cross-functional environments where I define product direction and help deliver systems that outlast individual projects.
At At-Bay, I lead design across claims and underwriting - defining end-to-end workflows, building scalable systems, and influencing product strategy across the organization. I partner with designers, product, and engineering to raise design quality and deliver meaningful business impact. I’ve also established design systems bridging Figma and engineering tools, enabling faster, higher-quality delivery.
Outside work, I teach barre, mentor junior designers, and make pottery. These practices keep me honest about craft, iteration, and patience - reminders that thoughtful systems take time to master.
